LuLu P sounds great though and his verses are nice. He sounds great on songs when he is mixed right but idk something is off on the songs he's on).
Especially Soduh, the mixing on his verses are awful. Their contributions don't sound as high quality as Addie, Juice and Twelvyy. My issues with this album are the features from Addie's crew (Soduh, Goonew, Baby 9eno). I wouldn't recommend it as a first listen if you're new/returning to A$AP Ant (listen to The Prelude first, if you fuck with that then definitely check this one out) If you like Ant's other stuff then definitely give it a listen. It's something me and my friends fuck with in music, I'll shamelessly plug a song my friend made way back that incorporates a verse in a non-english language because we think it's fire ) but its nice to see foreign verses get some love. Its nothing that hasn't been done before (Higher Brothers, Kendrick etc.
Marino Paris pushes the envelope for Addie (and rap music in general) by featuring a French/English verse on an American artists song. Would love to hear a collab album with Addie and Twelvyy. He picks great production nearly all the time but some of his flows don't really match the beats on the last few projects.įor the most part this project is a reverse of that. I found the music hes released since The Interlude have been decent, but don't live up to the amazing run he had from 2017-2018. This is probably the best project Addie has put out since 2018.
